Lal Kitab Remedies to Buy or Build a New House
Lal Kitab believes that if the house is a good place, then the bad planets also give good results. Therefore, if you are thinking of buying or building a new house, then definitely understand the 8 special rules according to the Vastu of Lal Kitab.
1. South facing house
According to astrology consultancy, one should never take a house facing south. If you have taken it, then if you change the south door to north or east, then you will get immediate benefit.
2. Gomukhi or Shermukhi house
Many people believe that Gomukhi house is good and Shermukhi is inauspicious. It is also said that Shermukhi shop is good but we would like to say here that if you are buying or building a Gomukhi house, then the owner of the house must get his horoscope checked because it may not be good for you to have a Gomukhi house.
3. Street or corridor in the house
If there is any street on the right, left or behind the house, then it should not be closed. No farming or gardening should be done there. Any kind of obstruction in the street has a bad effect on the future of the child. If any street has to be closed for any reason, then every year 5 kg of whole urad should be thrown into the water stream. For more information you can consult world famous astrologer.
4. Corner or three-sided open house
According to Lal Kitab, even a house open from nook or three sides is not good. The people living in such a house have to suffer due to loss of money, enmity in the family, troubles and spoiled children.
5. Toilet
According to Lal Kitab, Rahu resides in the toilet, so it should be kept clean by making it according to Vastu. Toilet and bathroom should not be together.
6. Stairs
Rahu also resides on the stairs. If the stairs are made in the right direction, then those who climb it progress day and night. Each step of the stairs should be even and the stairs should always be odd numbered.
7. Three Types of Houses
Three types of houses are not good, houses with Saturn, Rahu and Ketu should not be taken. That is, the house around which there are kikar, mango and date trees, there is a basement inside the house, the back wall is uncooked, then this house will be considered as bad Shani. Any other house is in a secluded area, looks scary from inside or there is meat or liquor shop around the house and around which there are trees or plants like acacia and cactus, it is the house of bad Rahu.
8. Corner House
Similarly, the corner house belongs to Ketu. It can be good and it can also be bad. If the house is open on one side or open on three sides and any companion house on one side or the house itself is open on three sides then it will be house of Ketu. In the house of Ketu, male children may be boys and grandchildren, but there will be only three in total. In this house, there is a danger of sudden deception, windows, doors, bad air, related to children. There may be a tamarind tree, sesame plant or a banana tree around the house.
